If you want to look cool without spending too much money you can buy a rare used car and can then give it your own touch to make it look more eye catchy. In this article I have not considered the age of the car as a factor. The cars below are rare enough to catch people's attention but not enough that you can't find one to buy it from the used car market but you have to put in some effort to find them.
